TMB is a mobile equipment designed specifically for performing radiological examinations on bedridden patients and it represents the highest-end product of our mobile devices offer. Fully motorized, battery powered, it allows maximum freedom of movement and exposure without the need to connect the equipment to the mains.
The TMB is a battery powered mobile x-ray unit which suits a wide range of clinical applications.
Its compact size and the integrated motor makes the unit movement smooth and precise. Thanks to telescopic tube arm and swiveling column, TMB is able to easily move even in the hospital’s small rooms. To get the tube into the perfect spot, motor assisted
fine positioning adjustments are possible from the tube head and the entire unit moves millimeter by millimeter.
The unit runs on its own at the speed that is most convenient to the operator, it easily masters obstacles and inclines and it can be stopped by simply releasing the handle (dead man brake).
The long life battery gives the operator a whole day of full movements and applications without the need to recharge.
TMB is equipped by a 32KW x-ray generator and it is available in two different configurations: TMB 320 to be used with standard cassette or CR exposures and TMB 320 DR.
With digital image acquisition system in radiographic mode, by using a solid detector, commonly named flat panel detector (FPD).
The acquired images are saved in the memory of the system, displayed on a high resolution monitor and eventually sent to a diagnostic work station or to a general archive through DICOM connection. The unit provides the customization of the parameters of the acquisition, process and image display according to both the
selected anatomic part and the patient size. This allows a correct
and immediate acquisition and display of the images, by avoiding subsequent improvement operations. Also sophisticated post
processing operations, that allows the operator to elaborate the
images in compliance with the diagnostic examinations, are available
This unit is intended to be used mainly to perform diagnostic and
radiological examinations of :

• Hospitalization
• First aid

• Bluster room
• Paediatrics
• Neonatology
