The RenovaTM Detachable Coils is used for arterial and venous embolization in the peripheral vasculature. The goal of arterial and venous embolization treatment is to prevent blood flow to a specific area. It stops blood flowing into the aneurysm and therefore reduce the risk of a bleed or a re-bleed.
RenovaTM Detachable Coils include complex, 3D and 2D coil.
3D coils can be used for framing and filling of aneurysms. The initial circle is 3/4 of the normal circle diameter and does not pass through the center of the aneurysm. The three-dimensional frame is softer and more adaptable. It will not cross the center of the aneurysm and cause aneurysm partitions.
The 2D coil is mainly used for filling and closing of aneurysms. The minimum 1mm ultra-soft closing ring can make the embolization of the aneurysm more dense and prevent the recurrence of the aneurysm.
The complex coil can be used for framing, filling and finishing of aneurysms. Each ring does not cross the center of the aneurysm resulting in partitioning of the aneurysm.
Features & Benefits
1.From frame to finish, it is able to frame diverse shapes.
2. Open loop design minimizes compartmentalization and distributes evenly.
3. Open center oil design allows for easy delivery and efficient filling and finishing without disrupting existing coil mass.
4. Coil equipped on the distal end of push shaft, which make sure it could be smoothly delivered, and greatly minimizes kick-back microcatheter.
5. It is available in a wide range of random, 3D and helical sizes designed for precise coil placement.
