Chamber Protect
The MELAG vessel cleaning set
Reliable cleaning and long-term protection that keeps your autoclave shining: With Chamber Protect, you remove even dirt that is invisible to the eye, thus preventing stubborn discolouration and deposits in the chamber and on the trays.
For optimum cleaning results, the set, consisting of a powerful cleaning spray, 50 lint-free cloths and 1 microfibre cloth, has been specially adapted to our autoclaves and to Careclave.
Benefit from Chamber Protect for weekly cleaning of the chamber and trays:
Step 1
Apply Chamber Protect
Open the door of your autoclave, switch it off and allow it to cool down. Then apply approx. 17 sprays of Chamber Protect Spray to the lint-free cloth and use it to clean the stainless steel surface of the inside of the door and the chamber.
Step 2
Distribute Chamber Protect
Please spread the cleaning spray over the entire stainless steel surfaces with a lint-free disposable cloth. Allow Chamber Protect to work in for approx. 3 minutes.
Step 3
Cleaning stainless steel surfaces
Take another lint-free disposable cloth and moisten it and the inside of the boiler with sufficient demineralised water (50 ml each). Wipe again over the surfaces sprayed with Chamber Protect and let it soak in for approx. 5 minutes.
Step 4
Drying the stainless steel surfaces
Finally, dry the stainless steel surfaces of the inside of the door and the entire chamber thoroughly with the blue microfibre cloth. The autoclave is now available again for sterilising the instruments.
