The methodology is combined with an enzymatic single step that can be used for both manual and automated measurement of HDL cholesterol. The FUJIFILM Wako HDL Cholesterol kit is composed of precipitant reagent (phosphotungstate / magnesium salt), color reagent (enzymes / couplers), and standard solution.
