With only three settings, the StatSpin Express 4 is simple to use: Just select the 3-, 5- or 10-minute button and press “Start.” There’s no need to readjust the speed or fumble with settings. For safety, the lid remains locked until the rotor comes to a complete stop, and an alarm sounds when the cycle is completed. Samples can be processed as they arrive in the laboratory, eliminating the need for batching and unproductive time spent waiting for the centrifuge. Process as many as eight samples at once for higher throughput.
